Tracy Schaefer

Tracy Schaefer is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Conagra Brands. In this role, Tracy has enterprise responsibility for global business services, information technology, cyber security, and leadership in digital transformation, leveraging digital capabilities such as artificial intelligence, robotics and augmented reality.

Tracy joined Conagra in 2001 and has held a variety of leadership roles in finance, information technology and business services. Most recently, Tracy led global business services, including operations and ongoing transformation of Customer Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Consumer Affairs and Data Management. Tracy has led several technology implementations and launched Conagra’s first enterprise-wide Automation Center of Excellence.

Tracy holds an accounting degree from Drake University. She serves on the board of the Institute of Career Advancement (ICAN) as well as treasurer and exec member for the Bellevue Public Schools Foundation.
